The location of the building is  quite unique, situated on the junction of Karamanli avenue and Vas. Konstadinou at Anavissos.
The building is in a prominent location, because is In the central part of the area and is visible from everyone who passes from  the main avenue. In front of the plot, facing the main Karamanlis Avenue  there is a side road and a 6m wide central verge with plants and  benches. The aspect of the building was shaped in order to match the surroundings. We also aimed  to accentuate the looks of the building by enhancing  its main lines, as well as turning the vacant plot into a front garden.This complex was designed in order to fulfill the growing needs of the area for commercial spaces to house banks, medical offices, low offices, shops etc.The building combines contemporary architecture and modern materials with flexible layout in order to satisfy high demanding customers.
